How to Install attr software package in Debian 7 (Wheezy)

attr software package provides Utilities for manipulating filesystem extended attributes, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install attr

attr is installed in your system.

Make ensure the attr package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep attr *

You will get with attr package name, version, architecture and description in a table
